Refund policy
This policy is subject to the main Terms & Conditions of Label Ishna and may be amended from time to time. Please review the following information before initiating a return or exchange. We follow a No Refund Policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
Exchanges are only applicable due to size issues, within 24 hours of delivery for all orders. The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
Customers must ship the product back to us within 24 hours after speaking to our team. The return address will be provided upon request.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the requested exchange size is unavailable.
A store credit (coupon) equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be issued. This coupon will be valid for 3 months and can be redeemed on our website for another purchase.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures for verification.
Damage does not include minor variations in color, design, or style.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.
Contact us immediately with your Order Id and details for resolution.
After verification and return approval, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
ALTERED PRODUCTS
Garments that have been altered, customized, or modified by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging products.
Label Ishna is not liable for returns or exchanges that do not reach us in good condition.
